So, why are you scratching your head? Is it a personal emotional roller coaster, poor health or you don't understand how much stress is stopping you from enjoying balanced life, you deserve. Nonetheless, good mental health begins with properly feeding the spirit, mind and body, every day!
What are you feeding your body? Healthy food or junk helps destroys the metabolism and lowers energy levels and mental clarity. Last year around October 2015 we began preparing for the New Year. Many of us decided to stop eating chicken, turkey and processed carbs. We knew this transformation was progressive. First, we had to start feeding our thoughts by looking at recipes to reprogram ourselves. Then, immediately we added more tasty and inviting vegetables and fruit into our daily regiment. This journey sparked a lot of dialogue and actually became fun, trying new recipes and replace fatty carbs with more raw foods. The junk foods began to get replaced, although I still crave a few. But now, we all are feeling stronger, about reducing and eventually stop eating poultry. Together we watched videos on the greed companies have to produce poultry to sell, that is filled with all kinds of terrible preservatives.
Nonetheless my real point is, what direction are you taking to become a better and all around healthier you? There are many directions, but one a supported commitment, can yield good desired results. So what investments are you will to make into yourself, to get on a path of true fulfillment? Choosing a group of accountability partners with similar goals, will be your first step. Then creating a plan that works and staying connected daily is key. Lastly, when you really commit, be ready to laugh and learn how to enjoy this journey. Because learning to change is a process. This will require patience, consistency, meditating on words that build faith and vision and learn the rhythm of your breath. Plus forgiving yourself, when you miss the mark. so you will keep growing, no matter what happens, and we know stuff happens.
