LET IT GO. . .Whatever it is?
What it is? ASK yourself again? You hear this constantly, but you do not take it serious. Taking simple actions, toward a rewarding results is a healthy conscious choice! Please listen, whatever is controlling your emotions, needs to be RE-EVALUATED, because it's been going on far tooooo long, and it shows in how you approach, majority of day to day situations. Control is an Illusion You may find yourself sitting around getting frustrated that you can’t get a certain situation to work out how you want; that’s normal. But no one wants to feel that way forever! Ask Yourself, Now? Why do you need to control the situation? Often times, we are afraid of what may come about if we don’t control something important in our lives. This is normal. But it’s also rooted in fear. Do you think you know what’s best for every outcome? It’s easy to believe that we know how make everything better…but that’s just not how the world works; it’s also rooted in ego. If we were to stay in these mindsets indefinitely, our lives would become extremely difficult. Living in fear and projecting our desires onto every situation would not only be an energy drain, but a waste of time (not to mention repulsive to those around us). Moving Away from Fear Fear is one of the most debilitating…and common…ailments. The first step in letting go of control is to take a good look at why you’re fearful. This is the “lynchpin” of the situation. First and foremost: fear is something that springs forth from wanting psychological “homeostasis” or security…physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual. But one of the most important things to realize is that there is no such thing as security. Our world doesn’t bring security to us because it simply doesn’t exist. That’s because everything we experience with our five senses passes away eventually…including us. We are living in an insecure world! You have to make peace with that…let yourself really sit with it. Moving Away from Projection Humans are unique in the world in that we actively change anything and everything we can to make our lives better en masse. And we should. But, it has it’s limits; this means things will not always end up how we want. It’s a reminder that the universe is something like a fast moving ocean…it’s always wildly changing. It’s humbling. Even if you’re right, life will teach you to stop and take a deep breath…because really you’re never in the driver’s seat, even if you think you are. Life is. Surrender Surrender is two words: let go. It’s the recognition that control is an illusion…that things cannot always go the way we want, and even if they do it can be taken away in an instant. This is why it’s so important to find inner strength; spirituality speaking breathing and meditation is a way to find peace with things we cannot change. Remember that surrendering is freedom, because we actively acknowledge we cannot control everything. Let yourself be open to whatever life throws your way You have the power to LET IT GO. . .!
