NOW * TAKE A DEEP slow inhale through your nose & let your belly expand like a balloon. RELEASE through your mouth & suck in your belly (Do this 3X)
If your chest rose more than belly. .You are a SHALLOW BREATHER
If your belly rose more than chest. .You are a Abdominal Breather.
Tip: Chest breathing is inefficient and requires more breathes per minute. It also forces the heart to work harder, your blood pressure to rise & your nervous system to stay on "ALERT." Learning to Breath properly is overall healthy! #TheBreathingExperience
