There are 98 conditions associated with pain or discomfort (chest) and shortness of breath and tightness. Just to name a few. . . According to WebMD Symptom Checker: Asthma is a lung condition that makes it hard to breathe, an asthma attack can be life threatening Some heart rhythm disorders can cause a fluttering in the chest, shortness of breath, chest pain or dizziness. When someone has a panic attack, that person feels a sudden, intense fear that can't be controlled. A pulmonary embolism, a blood clot lodged in the lung, causes shortness of breath, chest pain, and more. Pleural effusion is buildup of fluid in the pleura and can cause difficulty breathing or chest pain. Anaphylactic shock is a sudden severe allergic reaction marked by breathing trouble, a tight throat, and more. Many of these conditions can go undetected, if you have not asked the doctor for various kinds of test. Taking your breathing seriously, begins with knowledge and taking action. Enjoy the experience of releasing that stress, intentionally. Change your mood from sad to happy in seconds. Go on try and become a believer. And Smile after each Breathe! Enjoy the rest of your day. #TheBreathingExperience1/19/2015 0 Comments DAY 3, "THE BREATHING EXPERIENCE"When Almighty GOD breathed life into us, in that one breath through the nose. He created every organ and every function of every organ. Also in his breathe it carried His spirit life, so he lives in each of us with purpose. Nostril breathing is so significant because it began with GOD. When you breath in through your nostril you are repeating the original pattern that GOD did. Job said it like this, " [It is] the Spirit of God that made me [which has stirred me up], and the breath of the Almighty that gives me life [which inspires me]. Job 33:14 speaks from a place of experience, say personally, the LORD stirred up his body with joy and his spirit continues inspired. Nostril breathing connects you spiritually and naturally with GOD's presence. Lastly, You must experience nostril breathing to fully understand the power GOD breathed into you with His love! Do more nostril breathing!

NOW * TAKE A DEEP slow inhale through your nose & let your belly expand like a balloon. RELEASE through your mouth & suck in your belly (Do this 3X) If your chest rose more than belly. .You are a SHALLOW BREATHER If your belly rose more than chest. .You are a Abdominal Breather. Tip: Chest breathing is inefficient and requires more breathes per minute. It also forces the heart to work harder, your blood pressure to rise & your nervous system to stay on "ALERT." Learning to Breath properly is overall healthy! #TheBreathingExperience Eliza Dukes, Founder and Creator of the The Breathing Experience Thanks for stopping by. . . . |
