We have reached the first quarter and what are your mindfulness goals for this month. Whether you are first hearing of mindfulness for the 1st time or have been wondering for a while exactly what it means, here are a few definitions?
Something as simple as adding blueberries for breakfast every morning in March, is one of the 2 mindfulness challenges. This one is easy because, all I had to do is make sure, blueberries are available. The other challenge is to detox and do half day fast. Using "Mindfulness" as a daily tool, to reach higher goals constantly, is working very well. My first challenge was to raise my awareness, on how to STOP eating chicken, last year! A herbalist of over 25 years, helped consciously raise my attention, to toxins that are named in chicken, and this helped seal the deal, for me. So what does all of this have to do with you. Please just keep reading. . . To be consciously conscious of a thing, you need to first become mindfully aware of it. From doing one, "MINDFULNESS" challenge after another, I am able to form new healthier habits, that I had put off, for too long. And the stress and pressure is low because, I first educated myself on the pros and cons of eating toxic chicken and then I add oyster mushrooms to my diet. All I had to do is batter them in bean flour and fry in grape seed oil, and it was not greasy. But this help with the meat cravings, plus I add veggie burger from garbanzo beans. This "MINDFULNESS" process is a super cool now! The Inner Rhythm Circle Mentorship group is incorporating these simple practices not there daily routines, this month. We weekly Sunday calls, some reminders via text and a 30 min session to stay mindful of the achievable goals. Join us, l we will support you and encourage your efforts with a simple plan.
