I wanted to share a few highlights with you. I had the wonderful opportunity to facilitate my workshop on "Reducing Stressors for Mental Overload," at the Conference for the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers, Health & Welfare Conference this past weekend! This is an annual event at the Sheraton Hotel, downtown Philly! I was truly happy to see teachers practicing my Breathing tips and learning more ways to Destress in seconds. Our teachers and counselors must constantly be applauded and recognized for there true labors of love. Especially those who are overwhelmed with students who rather play on cell phones than listen to the lessons. This workshop interaction proved, we still have devoted teachers who sincerely care about the children of our future! It was a pleasure to spend time with each one of you.
