An award-winning company, created by CEO, Eliza S. Dukes, CSM, takes a self-therapeutic approach to help others reduce stressors quickly. With more than 20 years experience in counseling and coaching, she teaches professional women, employees and troubled youth, how to utilize stress reductions methods, using Mindfulness and other evidence-based tools to develop coping skills, better communication, resiliency and enhance personal growth to become emotionally strong and successful at work and home.
Eliza once battled depression and anxiety, until she began using the tools she shares at workshops and seminars. She has been off high blood pressure medications since 2015. Many remember her radio show, "Manage Your Stuff" from 2014-2016 on WPEB in Philly which gave voice to our STRESS Epidemic!
