I thought of all times I've spoken people just like you . . . who want to practice meditation have resistance towards it. Here is one of the huge reasons, you don't do MEDITATION yet:
“I find it boring”
Of course you do. When you’re so used to watching TV, while you’re working on your laptop, and sending text messages from your phone all at the same time, of course meditation is going to be boring.
Until you surrender yourself to try it for at least 30 days, you will stay STUCK!
P.S If you find meditation boring that you have not really experience the benefits, or understand the enormous power you gain from deep meditation, the endless flow inner joy!
Realizing that there is so much beauty in silence and stillness, or simply allowing yourself to feel the subtle flow within. There are many amazing types of meditation, you ned to experience to understand!

Can you identify with that statement, great because that's exactly how I feel. . . when I answer my phone or start my day doing busy work, before I meditate. Too many times I have started early chasing people, handling problems that helped me feel burnt before noon. It's time to meditate!

I began meditating a few years ago and it has transformed how I handle myself, each day, people, especially my family and business! I wish I had know all the mental health and physical benefits of meditation and deep breathing years ago.
But now that I am off of high blood pressure medications, I am experiencing the marvelous life I deserve from the inside out! Being in harmony with myself makes feel alive and well consistently.
