Every year at this time, many of us are overwhelmed with anxieties and I truly understand, because the pain is real. We are missing our loved ones, holding on to regrets and un-forgiveness, having flash backs, we don't want to remember and just tormented by a numbers of things from the past. Plus, you may feel people act phony at this time of the year, or you may envy someone who is really happy, whatever it is feels painful, and you have every right to let it go. But creating a calming peace will require some effort from you!
Therefore finding peace, will be the one thing, that can help you to better cope with all your anxieties. Is it possible to gain inner strength and start seeing yourself filled with joy, YES!!!!!!!. But once again, it will require you to immediately take action, and begin doing a few things differently. So how can you reverse this pain, and get inner peace, strength and joy, flowing? First, you must make better decisions, by reading pleasant stories, if you like to read. . .Listen to music that has love and healing words, especially words like from the Book of Psalms. Start with Psalms 25! This will help to renew and refresh you, and refocus your thoughts, while encouraging you in many new ways. You will have to STOP watching all that News junk, that adds more negative energy and feeling of hopelessness. Please don't think you are missing world and local events, you know the news plays the same stories over and over. Plus everyone talks all about the news whenever we go. Let's Start Fresh. . .Each day with a Psalm that inspires and strengthens you to want more peace. Begin watching things that are funny, peaceful and uplifting! Imagine yourself smiling and happier while watching these shows. These are just a few ways to start adding peace to your lifestyle and let's go of the anxieties you have carried to long. Lastly, find genuinely kind people who are peaceful, and start the New Year off, NOW! ! ! Don't Wait, Start Today!
