How Do You Picture, Holidays?

I absolutely love this time of the year and wish the spirit of Christmas lasted all year long! So last night, I watched, "Charming Christmas" on Hallmark channel last night, and realized most of us, want happiness during this time. But what sacrifice are you making to restore broken relationships and to also help someone in desperate need of physical provision. You can share and helps others, enjoy the holidays by doing something special for a neighbor or calling a friend who keeps coming to mind. Remember timing is critically when things are placed on your heart it's for a reason. Only God knows, but when we take action we find, the smallest acts of kindness, melts hearts. You kindness can add peace, strength, joy to someone or even save a life.
During this time lots of people suffer from depression for various reasons. Most of us hide our hurts just not to spoil others holiday excitement. Many times when you take the focus off yourself, and get out of your comfort zone and bless as many people around you. This can help you, release some of your own anxieties and encourage yourself.
We are in a time of high incidences of suicide. . . Many times, a kind word or a genuine smile, can stop someone from suicide or a crime. Kindness goes a long way! Perhaps holding a door, greeting someone or taking some treats to the office or putting a secret gift on someones desk, this can lower depression and more. Learning to have more fun, and allowing laughter in and change attitudes.
