Yes, sounds rather simplistic, stop analyzing it, just learn to enjoy peace. . Take relaxation and peace as a daily prescription. Find a quiet place alone. Now, listen to your heart beat, breathe slowly. Now get very still. . . Cherish this moment. Scan your body as though from the inside. Follow your blood as it pumps through your body, observe, just observe. Take a moment now and speak peace into your mind. Bring a calm to yourself, to experience what Jesus did in Mark 4:37-41,
you can do what Jesus did, too!
